Must be delivered as discrete channels of 24-bit 48 kHz audio in either AFF or WAV format. Audio must match image. If 5.1, please deliver six corresponding mono audio tracks labeled C, L, ls, R, Rs, and LFE.

16:9 and 4:3 films should be submitted without any pillarboxing (no black bars). The post team needs to know the exact resolution of your film without these bars. The resulting DCP will be windowed (pillarboxed or letterboxed) during the DCP process but it will be labelled with the film’s true aspect ratio for projectionsists to accommodate, if possible.

It is preferable to use the Rec.709 color space assuming a gamma level of 2.4.

Captions assume the viewer can hear. They are time-synchronized text of the audio content and include non-speech elements like noises. Subtitles assume the viewer can hear but doesn’t understand the language. Subtitles translate the audio into another language and don’t include non-speech elements.

Please note we require a minimum of 6 months DCP turn around. Our standard turnaround is one week (5 business days). We also offer a 5 day rush service. *We can only start the process once we confirm receipt of all required deliverables*
