Ken Jacobs

Ken Jacobs, born in 1933, was a member of the U.S. coast guard, 1951-53, and later attended the Hans Hoffman School of Fine Arts 1956-57. He created and then directed the Millennium Film Workshop, NYC, from 1966-68. Jacobs also started the Department of Cinema at SUNY Binghamton, with Larry Gottheim in 1969.
