
Richard Kerr
Richard Kerr (b. 1952 in St Catherines, Ontario) is a visual artist and filmmaker based in Montreal where he teaches experimental filmmaking at Concordia University.
Since the late 1970s, Kerr has produced an extensive body of work done in film and digital video.
