Standish Lawder

Film, photography and teaching are Standish’s passions. He recently retired from his position as professor and department chair of the Visual Arts Department at the University of California, San Diego. Standish also taught film at Harvard and Yale Universities and has been internationally recognized for his work in avant-garde filmmaking.
