b. h. Yael

With “Fresh Blood,” Toronto-based filmmaker, video and installation artist b. h. Yael has created an inquiring and critical video essay, a fast-paced journey through the many contemporary intricacies of belonging: ethnicity, sexuality, gender and religion. Her previous works include: “My Mother Was a Dangerous Woman” and “Is Dad Dead Yet?” She is a member of the Spontaneous Combustion Collective and teaches at the Ontario College of Art and Design.
