Mary MacNaughton

Mary MacNaughton studied film at Queen’s University. She is a self -taught animator whose first film with Sue Riedl ‘Makeover’ aired on WTN and was distributed to schools and universities across Canada. Mary worked as an animator on Sue’s film, ‘Salami Heaven’, which was a mix of live action and animation. ‘Salami Heaven’ won the award for Best Animation at the Cabbagetown Festival in 1999 and was nominated for Best Comedy at the Yorkton Festival in 2000.
