Martin Reis

Born in Kassel, Germany, Martin Reis moved to Canada in his teens. He lives in Toronto and specializes in alternative photographic processes and filmmaking. His photographic work has been shown in various galleries in Canada and published in Canada and internationally. “La Fuga di Olmo” is his first film. Made on a shoestring budget, this short was first shown at the 2004 Splice This! Toronto Super 8 Festival.
