Elise Simard

While completing a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts at Concordia University in Montréal, Elise came across film animation – an art form that has since become her endeavor. She has since produced four short animated films: “The Occupant” (2007), “As Above So Below” (2009), “Afloat at Dawn” (2009) and “La Traversée” (2010). She is currently directing an animated film at the National Film Board of Canada.
