Carolyn Hurren

After graduating from New York University with a Certificate in Filmmaking, Carolyn returned to Toronto to begin her chosen career. She has written several short film scripts, including The Plumber, which she also directed, and was screened at the 2001 Images Film Festival in Toronto. Currently, Carolyn makes a living as a grip, working on such films as Four Brothers and Get Rich or Die Tryin’. “The ‘Yeah Whatever’ Girl” marks Carolyn’s feature film writer/directorial debut.
