John Ibbitson

John Ibbitson is an emerging filmmaker with a bulk of accomplishments already under his belt. He has written, directed and produced four shorts: The View From Here (2010), Behind Closed Doors (2005), For My Father (2004), and Lost and Found (2002). His earlier films have screened at several festivals throughout Canada and the US. After working with and observing professional crews, John is finally ready to develop his own voice as an openly gay, Canadian, emerging director.
