Meelad Moaphi

Meelad Moaphi is a Toronto-based independent filmmaker and director. His shorts have screened at and have been awarded by festivals internationally, including the International Film Festival Rotterdam, Filmets Badalona, International Izmir Short Film Festival, the Montreal World Film Festival, Air Canada EnRoute, and the Toronto Reel Asian Film Festival. A BFA and MFA graduate of York University’s film production program, Meelad also teaches filmmaking at university level.
