Dionis Escorsa

Dionis Escorsa was born in Spain and lives in Berlin. He started out as a painter in the early nineties and gradually broadened the scope of his work to include photography, video installation and video scenography for both theatre and cinema. The Caixaforum-MACBA Foundation of Barcelona, the Sammlung WÜRTH of Germany and the Sunyol Foundation in Barcelona collect his work. Dionis recently directed the feature film Y, which premiered in 2013 at the Kino der Kunst Festival in Munich.
