Maria, a live-in maid working for a wealthy family, struggles to make ends meet as she single handedly raises her young daughter Zara. One day she encounters an old Polaroid Camera that she later realizes can predict the future. This causes a series of events that cascade into Maria trying to use the camera to win the lottery.
